Who We Are

Bond Financial Group Services is a wholly owned division of Bond Financial House Ltd. We are located in London, Ontario approximately ten minutes from Highway 401. Bond Financial House Ltd. has operated as a privately-owned Canadian Corporation, since 1999.

Our practice is a multi-discipline one; however, our focus and strength is in providing our clients with the best – and sustainable, Group Insurance options. We approach each client individually; we tailor our solutions to the unique needs of each plan sponsor – be they basic, or complex. We have worked extensively within the Not-for-Profit and Social Enterprise communities. We understand their specific benefit needs and requirements.

Our mission statement can be best summed-up as follows: To give our plan sponsor clients the very best advantage possible to enhance the health – and safety of their plan members, while securing their benefits plan sustainability. Our value proposition is one of service, caring, listening and custom solutions; to provide the very best coverage possible, within the client’s budget. At Bond Financial House Ltd., we embrace community involvement and volunteerism. We believe the world is a better place, when people “give back” to their communities.

Our service pledge to all our plan sponsors and Industry Partners: We will always respond to your inquiry – either by telephone or email, within 24 hours. We will liaise with our industry partners, to ensure that our Plan Sponsors receive what is requested, in a timely manner.

Our Group Insurance offering encompasses
the following types – and classes, of Group coverage

Employee Benefit Programs: Traditional fully insured Employee Benefit Plans, Health-Care Savings Accounts, Private Health Services Plans, Flexible Benefit Plan Programs, and Self-funded Administrative Services Only (ASO) Health and Dental plans. Group Special Risk – Occupational Accident & Health: For those employers who are Exempt from participating in the Board program, are publicly funded and self-governed, have received their exemption status from the Board program, or are comprised of self-employed contractors – we have a custom-tailored and unique program available for locations with 2 – 2,000+ plan members. Group Savings Plans and Pension: Defined Contribution Registered Pension Plans, Registered Retirement Savings Plans (matched and unmatched), Tax-Free Savings Accounts, Employer Profit Share Plans, and Deferred Profit Share Plans.
